Overview
We want you to be completely satisfied with TradeSimPro. If the product does not meet your expectations, we offer refunds under the conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Monthly Subscriptions
TradeSimPro is a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time from your account's Billing page.
7-day money-back guarantee on your first payment:
- Email support@tradesimpro.com within 7 days of your first charge to request a full refund
- Include your account email and order reference
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
After cancellation:
- You retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months beyond the 7-day window
Cryptocurrency Payments
Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, purchases made with cryptocurrency are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using the free version of TradeSimPro to evaluate the product before purchasing with cryptocurrency. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the product, contact us and we will work with you to resolve them or provide account credit at our discretion.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be denied if:
- The request is made outside the applicable refund window
- The account has been flagged for abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service
- The user has previously received a refund for TradeSimPro
- The license key has been shared with or transferred to another person
Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank instead of contacting us first, your account will be immediately suspended. We encourage you to reach out to our support team to resolve any billing issues directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and referral to collection services.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@tradesimpro.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email address. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
